The Role

We are looking for a Flutter Developer to prototype and build cross-platform experiences for our smart collar ecosystem. You’ll focus on fast prototyping of new features (maps, safe zones, statistics, animations) and on delivering a high-quality companion app for both mobile and web.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our cross-platform app using Flutter (mobile + web).
  • Prototype new features (safe zones, dashboards, animations, data visualizations) for validation with users.
  • Collaborate with iOS/Android native teams to ensure smooth transition of features to production-ready code.
  • Implement best practices in state management, testing, and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with UI/UX and backend teams to integrate APIs and design system components.
  • Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards across web and mobile.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Flutter/Dart.
  • Experience delivering production apps on both iOS and Android.
  • Strong knowledge of state management (e.g. Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
  • Experience working with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and authentication flows.
  • Understanding of responsive design for Flutter Web.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mapping SDKs (Google Maps, Mapbox) in Flutter.
  • Familiarity with BLE plugins and native integrations.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.
  • Interest in animations and micro-interactions (e.g. Lottie, Rive).
  • Passion for building products that matter (bonus if you’re a cat lover 🐾).
